Roster Clerk – Permanent Part-Time (48 hours per fortnight)
About the Role: As a Roster Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring our facility is staffed appropriately to meet resident needs. You will work closely with the Administration Team to manage and maintain effective rostering, supporting the seamless delivery of care across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Work professionally and collaboratively as part of the Administration Team. Prioritise and manage workload within required timeframes. Maintain accurate, up-to-date rosters using Inerva, ensuring payroll deadlines are met. Allocate and roster shifts for all staff and manage backfilling of shifts as directed by the Quality Manager and/or HR Coordinator. Coordinate coverage for approved annual leave, maintaining an appropriate skill mix across all shifts. Skills and Experience: Experience in aged care, disability, or community care settings (desirable). Experience with Inerva software (an advantage). Strong skills in rostering systems and database management. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
